Along with the development of Bali's economy, education and economic level of the population, Klungkung regency been trying to build industry with development of traditional market which sells many interesting textiles woven, " Koperasi " as the lifeblood of the local economy of Klungkung, Modernization on Schools and upgrade the quality of education system, and further develop tourism industry.

Klungkung regency is famous for its classic Balinese paintings which mostly depict the story of the epics like Mahabharata or Ramayana. This Balinese painting style can be found in Kamasan village, south part of Klungkung town.
The classical style paintings come from the frescoes of the Balinese Palaces, and in Klungkung town, we can found in Klungkung Palace ' Kertha Gosa Pavilion ' in the downtown area and beside of it , there is Semarajaya Museum. The semarapura palace complex with the house of the justice hall and Kambang pavilion.

Kusamba Village, Klungkung, Bali
Kusamba Village, Klungkung - Bali. is a fishing village in Klungkung regency. Lack of rainfall load livelihoods as fishermen and salt farmers.
The eruption of Mount Agung in 1962 has been carrying sands and gravel cover the rice area of populations. Salt farmers with traditional methods are still used until today. It is the artisanal products of the village. Plot salt fields as typical characterizes of Kusamba Village.
